COIMBATORE: All nine AIADMK candidates contesting across the district are expected to file their nominations only on April 6, which is the final day for filing nominations to contest in the Assembly elections on April 23. "I will be filing nomination papers at 11 am on Monday as I consider the day auspicious," said Mettupalayam MLA candidate OK Chinraj, who has won in the constituency thrice since 2006. However, he said that he is yet to prepare an election manifesto that would be put before the voters as part of election promises.
