New Delhi: The owners of the Arpora nightclub 'Birch by Romeo Lane,' Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, have been granted bail by a local Goa court on Wednesday (April 1). They were held in connection with a December 6 blaze that led to 25 fatalities at a Goa nightclub.
