Gurugram: Hyundai Motor India has capped FY26 with record-breaking domestic sales, reflecting sustained demand and strong product traction across its portfolio. Hyundai reported total Q4 sales of 2,08,275 units, growing 8.7 percent year-on-year. Domestic sales reached a record 1,66,578 units, up 8.5 percent, marking the highest-ever quarterly domestic performance since inception. Exports also contributed 41,697 units, growing 9.4 percent. In March 2026, the company recorded total sales of 69,004 units, including 55,064 domestic units and 13,940 exports. As noted on page 2, this represents Hyundai's highest-ever domestic sales for any March month, with 6.3 percent growth year-on-year. Management indicated that sustained demand and product momentum supported the strong quarterly performance. The company continues to benefit from its portfolio strength and consistent customer interest, helping maintain steady growth despite broader market uncertainties. The company plans to build on this momentum through upcoming product interventions, including upgraded models such as Verna and Exter. Leadership highlighted preparedness for FY2026-27, with a focus on innovation, connected features, and enhanced customer experience to sustain growth.
