UPPCS 2024 Final Result: Neha Panchal has secured the top rank in UPPCS 2024, followed by Ananya Trivedi in second place and Abhay Pratap Singh in third. The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has declared the final result of the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) 2024.
