Delhi/Hyderabad, Feb 16 (Maxim News): The Supreme Court today dismissed the petitions filed by Communist Party leaders Anne Raja and Dr. Hiran Gohain seeking action against Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma for posting a video against Muslims. The petitions were filed by Communist Party leaders Anne Raja and Dr. Hiran Gohain. A bench comprising Chief Justice Suryakant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi and Vipul Pancholi heard the petitions. The Supreme Court said that it would be better to take refuge in the Guwahati High Court in the cases related to the allegations against CM Biswa Sarma.
