Hyderabad: The no confidence motion against Om Birla will be debated and voted on March 9, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said on Sunday. The discussion will take place on the first day of the second Budget Session of Parliament. The opposition moved the motion to remove the Lok Sabha Speaker from office. Therefore, the debate on the no confidence motion against Om Birla has been scheduled for March 9. The voting will also take place on the same day.
