Vijayawada: Lanka Dinakar, chairman of the Twenty Points Programme (Viksit Bharat-Swarna Andhra), Government of Andhra Pradesh, has called for comprehensive structural reforms to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) to improve its effectiveness and transparency.
