Pune Shocker: 16-Year-Old Student Stabbed To Death By Classmate Inside Coaching Centre Classroom In Rajgurunagar

Pune News: A 16-year-old boy was killed after he was allegedly stabbed by a classmate inside a classroom at a private coaching centre in Pune district on Monday morning. The incident took place in Rajgurunagar, under the limits of the Khed police station. According to police, both the victim and the accused were Class 10 students attending coaching classes at the same centre. The accused reportedly carried a knife and attacked the boy suddenly during the class, leaving him seriously injured. According to a Telangana Today report, the injured student was rushed to a nearby hospital, but doctors declared him dead on arrival. Police said they are trying to establish what led to the violent act inside the classroom. Police Probe Underway An official from Khed police station said efforts are on to detain the accused student. Further investigation is underway to determine the exact motive behind the stabbing. Police are also examining the security arrangements at the coaching centre as part of the probe. In separate incident on Pune's Katraj-Dehu Road bypass has left a 28-year-old Mumbai woman with a severe eye injury and uncertain chances of regaining her eyesight. The victim, Puja Gupta, an HR professional from Chembur, was travelling with her fiancé on December 6 when a brief traffic clash escalated into violence.
