India's Labour Reforms: On November 21, India has entered a new labour era with the government implementing the Four Labour Codes, including the Code on Wages (2019), Industrial Relation Code (2020), Code on Social Security (2020) and Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (OSHWC) Code (2020).
