Jadcherla/Hyderabad, Nov 20 (Maxim News): A serious road accident took place on the 44th National Highway at Jadcherla Macharam in Mahabubnagar district. Another private travel bus passing over the bridge narrowly avoided an accident. The accident occurred when Jagan's travel bus hit a tanker carrying hydrochloric acid from behind. A major accident was averted as there was no possibility of the chemical in the tanker catching fire. Although smoke was coming out of the tanker, a major accident was averted as the fire was controlled in time. It is understood that there were 40 passengers in the bus at the time of the accident. The incident took place at Macharam in Jadcherla mandal while it was going from Chittoor to Hyderabad. The passengers in the bus were rescued from the accident and sent to another bus. As a result, the tanker leaked chemicals and fell on the road, causing smoke to rise. Sensing the accident, the driver alerted the passengers in the bus, and everyone got down on alert.
