Bihar Polls: The campaign for the Bihar Assembly election concluded on Sunday, as the voting for the second and final phase will be held on November 11. While the voting for the first phase for 121 out of the total 243 seats was held on November 6, the polling for the remaining 122 seats will be held on Tuesday.
