Mumbai: Movement of heavy vehicles will be completely prohibited on Western Express Highway from Vakola flyover to Dahisar toll naka on Oct 29 on both south and north bounds between 2 pm and 9 pm as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to arrive at the India Maritime Week exhibition at NESCO in Goregaon East. The traffic police have issued vehicular restrictions in the western suburbs from Oct 27 to Oct 31 for this event. A large number of citizens, several VVIPs and dignitaries are also expected to visit the venue.The following restrictions will remain in force from October 27 to October 31 between 8 am and 10 pm.
