Srinagar, Oct 27: National Conference (NC) MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi on Monday criticised his own party leadership, warning that Kashmir is facing an "existential crisis" rather than an internal ego battle. He accused the party of drifting away from the commitments made to the people following the abrogation of Article 370. "We will have personal differences later, but right now Kashmir is facing a crisis of identity and existence," Ruhullah said while addressing reporters. In a pointed critique of his colleagues, he asked, "Ruhullah is not important. Does anyone know the whereabouts of the youth languishing in jails? What about the promises we made to their families?
