Police have arrested the man who, it turned out, was a delivery worker with an e-commerce company.The woman said she came in contact with the man on Instagram earlier this year. Over time, communication between the two became frequent and moved to WhatsApp. Between April 30 and Sept 2, he kept up regular communication with her via Instagram and WhatsApp.
