New Delhi, October 24 (MExN): The fourth edition of the Autumn Festival, a prelude to the 26th Hornbill Festival, was inaugurated October 24 at the Nagaland House lawns, New Delhi. Organised by the Tourism Department, Government of Nagaland, in collaboration with the Principal Resident Commissioner's Office, Nagaland House, New Delhi, and supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, the two-day event saw a large gathering of guests and visitors. Kapil Mishra, Minister for Tourism, Art and Culture, Government of NCT Delhi, was the Chief Guest for the inaugural programme. Chavanart Thangsumphant, Ambassador of Thailand in India, was the Honoured Guest. The Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Dr Jitendra Singh, also graced the function. Addressing the gathering, Kapil Mishra described the relationship between Delhi and Nagaland as fraternal.
