Hyderabad: Chief minister A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday appealed to active Maoists to surrender and join the mainstream, urging them to become partners in the nation's development and participate in the reconstruction of Telangana."Telangana had suffered from Maoist and terrorist activities in the past but the indomitable spirit displayed by (Telangana) police has led to decline in terror and naxal activities in the state in recent times.
