Bhubaneswar: Odisha was recently conferred with Best Performing State Award under the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan. Secretary, Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department, B Parmeshwaran received the award from President Droupadi Murmu at a national event organised by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
