Guwahati (Assam) [India], October 18 (ANI): Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya in the exercise of power vested in him under clause (1) of Article 164 of the Constitution of India administered the oath of office and secrecy to Charan Boro as a minister to state government at a solemn function held at Brahmaputra wing of Raj Bhavan in Guwahati on Saturday. Charan Boro is an MLA of the Bodoland People's Front (BPF).
