New Delhi, Oct 18 (SocialNews.XYZ) The Delhi unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party on Saturday celebrated its annual Diwali 'Mangal Milan' with journalists and party leaders at the newly inaugurated state office on Deendayal Upadhyay Marg.
