Chennai: Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested two men and seized ganja worth 2 crore, smuggled into Tamil Nadu from Andhra Pradesh on a mini truck. A team from the Chennai zonal unit of the NCB intercepted the vehicle, which had an an unusually thick cargo bed, at the Karanodai toll plaza in Tiruvallur.
