Panchkula: With markets in Panchkula bursting at the seams with shoppers, the city is grappling with severe parking woes. With no additional parking arrangements in place and existing lots overwhelmed and encroached upon, residents and visitors are facing daily chaos.Unlike neighbouring Chandigarh, where govt school grounds are often designated as temporary parking zones during festivals, Panchkula has no such provisions.
