Srinagar, Oct 15: Apni Party on Wednesday expelled its Chief Spokesperson Muntazir Mohiuddin for actions contrary to the party's interests. According to a press release issued here, Apni Party's Parliamentary Affairs Committee (PAC) held a crucial meeting to discuss the recent statements issued by the party's Chief Spokesperson, Muntazir Mohiuddin. The meeting was presided over by the PAC Chairman, Mohammad Dilawar Mir. After thorough discussions and deliberations, the committee members unanimously decided to expel Muntazir Mohiuddin from the party's basic membership with immediate effect. "During the meeting, the committee took serious note of the recent irrelevant and inappropriate press statements issued by the party's Chief Spokesperson, Mr Muntazir Mohiuddin, which were found to be not in the interest of the party.
