Chandigarh: Punjab Congress president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring on Wednesday mocked AAP govt's claim of having a "power cut free" Punjab, asking whether it added any extra unit to the existing power generation capacity of the state.Warring said AAP's claims did not even materialise into schemes, but were limited to slogans.
