Bengaluru, September 30: In a shocking incident, a man slit his wife's throat and stabbed her 45 times over suspicion of being friendly with male colleagues at her workplace. The gruesome act took place in their rented house on Ullal Main Road, Bengaluru, on Sunday, September 28. The husband, Dharmaseelan Ramesh, later ended his own life by hanging himself beside her.
