New Delhi: CM Rekha Gupta on Monday formed an expert committee to finalise Delhi govt's official logo. "For the first time, Delhi govt is creating an official logo. It will reflect Delhi's unique identity, rich history, culture, development and the aspirations of its people," CM's office stated.A logo design competition was organised on the MyGov portal (mygov.in). The deadline for submission was Sept 26 and 1,800 entries were received from across the country.CM said, "The logo will serve as a new symbol of Delhi's distinct identity. Govt wants it to reflect the city's modern, transparent and people-focused governance. The initiative aims to position Delhi as a strong, recognisable brand." The committee includes experts from various universities with the secretary of the general administration department as its chairperson.
