Jammu, Sep 29 (PTI) A Congress delegation on Monday met Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and submitted a memorandum demanding a comprehensive package for rehabilitation and reconstruction in areas affected by the August floods in the Jammu region.
