The incident occurred when a Swift car allegedly collided with a Kia car while trying to overtake, sources said. They said that the Kia, driven by Vinod Kumar Upadhyay (53), a resident of Kurla (West), was travelling from Marine Drive towards Bandra with car owner Tajuddin.
