Patna: Launching a scathing attack on RJD and Congress, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said these parties were against the Constitution (130th Amendment) Bill as many of their leaders were either in jail or out on bail, while raising concerns over rapidly changing demographic profile of Bihar's border districts."The members of RJD, Congress, and Left parties are opposing this law. They are very angry, and who doesn't know what they are afraid of? Some of these RJD and Congress members are out on bail, while some are entangled in court cases related to scams.
