But during this training, some cadets get injured. Unfortunately, due to these injuries, they suffer from disability. Due to injuries, they are removed from service and sent home. After that, their life becomes very challenging. Noticing this problem, the Supreme Court itself took it up as a case and took up the matter. Cadets who are injured and suffering from disabilities during military training are being removed from military service. Their lives are changing suddenly. The court asked the Center what can be done for such people. In this regard, the Supreme Court has issued notices to the Central government, the Ministries of Defence, Finance, Social Justice and Empowerment. The court suggested that it be examined whether it is possible to give such cadets a chance to serve in the military again. If they are able to work after treatment, can they be reinstated in service? The court expressed its opinion. In this regard, the Supreme Court also made some other suggestions. The issue of whether those who have recovered from injuries can be reinstated into service should be considered. Insurance facilities should be provided to cadets in training. This will also be crucial for the safety of future trainees. The court has ordered the government's lawyers to submit their response in the next hearing on September 4, 2025.
