New Delhi: After Uttarakhand, now a cloudburst has caused devastation in the Chashoti area of Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir. Water and debris flowed together here, and 15 people have died. A large number of people are buried under the debris. The death toll may increase. Teams of local administration, NDRF and SDRF have reached the spot. Relief and rescue work has also started rapidly. But the flood situation persists in many places in Chashoti. Due to the fast flow of water, difficulties are being faced in carrying out rescue operations.
