Chandigarh: After the central govt led by BJP faced backlash over the proposed land allocation to Haryana for a new assembly building in Chandigarh, Punjab governor and UT administrator Gulab Chand Kataria on Sunday clarified that no land has been allocated for the purpose. Responding to a question during an event at Panjab University, Kataria stated, "No land has been allocated yet. Haryana's proposal has been pending for a long time, but nothing can be said until a decision is made on this matter."
