Jamshedpur: Extending strong support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's appeal to "buy and sell Indian goods," the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has announced a nationwide campaign, "Indian Goods - Our Self-Respect," to promote indigenous products and strengthen the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat. The decision was taken at the two-day National Traders Conference held in New Delhi, which saw the participation of more than 150 prominent trade leaders from 26 states. The campaign will officially begin on August 10 and will be carried out across the country through the participation of over 48,000 trade organisations. CAT National General Secretary and Delhi Chandni Chowk MP Praveen Khandelwal, along with National Joint General Secretary Suresh Sonthalia, said the traders unanimously agreed to make the campaign a movement to counter the monopolistic policies of foreign companies.
