Dhanbad: The 45th Convocation of the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, turned into a landmark celebration on Friday with the President Droupadi Murmu, gracing the occasion during the institute's centenary year.Addressing graduating students, the President lauded the legacy and evolution of IIT (ISM), originally established to train professionals in mining and geology, and now recognized as a premier centre for higher education and multidisciplinary research.
