Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has instructed departmental secretaries to expedite the implementation of various developmental work in the Cuttack Parliamentary constituency area. The Chief Minister's instruction came during a meeting with Cuttack MP Bhartruhari Mahtab at Lok Sabha Bhawan Friday.
