Patna: Former IPS officer, JP Singh and Bhojpuri singer, Ritesh Pandey, joined Jan Suraaj here on Friday. Singh, an IPS officer of the Himachal Pradesh cadre, recently took voluntary retirement (VRS) from the police service before entering politics.
