Bhubaneswar, Jul 18 (PTI) In the wake of the self-immolation death of a woman student over an alleged sexual harassment incident in a college in Balasore, the Odisha government Friday made it mandatory for all higher education institutions to prominently display the Women Helpline Number-181 on the campus. In a letter to all registrars and heads of all universities, government colleges, aided colleges and private colleges under the Higher Education department, the government directed that all must treat it as "extremely urgent".
