Pune: The ongoing pre-non-interlocking and non-interlocking works to develop the Hadapsar railway station would affect trains' movement in the Daund-Pune section this week from Thursday till Sunday. A total of 17 trains, including DEMUs from Pune to Daund and Baramati to Pune, Pune-Harangul Express (01487), Harangul-Pune Express (01488), Solapur-Pune Intercity Superfast Express (12169) and Pune-Solapur Intercity Express (12170), would remain cancelled on Sunday (July 20), a railway official said. Jodhpur-Hadapsar Superfast Express (20495) would be short-terminated at the Pune railway station from Thursday (July 17). Hadapsar-Jodhpur Superfast Express (20496) would short-originate from Pune on its return leg. Down trains having stoppage at Hadapsar would not stop there on July 18 (Friday).Kazipet-Hadapsar Express (17014) would be short-terminated in Daund on July 18. Hadapsar-Kazipet Express (17013) and Hadapsar-Solapur DEMU (11421) would short-originate from Daund and Loni railway stations, respectively.Pune-Daund (71407) and Daund-Pune (71408) DEMUs would remain cancelled on July 19 (Saturday). Hadapsar-Solapur DEMU (11421) would short-originate from Loni. Udyan Express (11301) and Pune-Howrah Duronto Express (12221) have been rescheduled for July 19.Development works are being executed at Hadapsar station to transform it into a railway terminus to ease the pressure on Pune Junction station.
