New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) Responding to a question on India's position on International Criminal Court (ICC)'s arrest warrant against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Union External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday said that India is not a member of ICC. "When the ICC was constituted, the question of our membership was considered for very good reason; after a great deal of deliberation, India decided not to become a member. So, with regard to any decision passed by the ICC, it is not binding on us, the minister told Rajya Sabha during Question Hour. "It is not a matter on which we have taken a formal position," he added. The Upper House of the Parliament today witnessed brief interruptions when BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi spoke during Zero Hour and raised concerns about the timing of certain reports being published just before the Parliament session.
