Chandigarh: Haryana GRP on Saturday arrested two suspects, including an Indian Railways technician, for gangrape of woman who was found near rail tracks in Sonipat with one foot severed by train.Mobile phone location was key in solving blind case. Accused were identified as railway staffer Bhajan Lal and Shivam, a petty thief. GRP teams are on lookout for four more accused who have been identified on basis of duo's preliminary interrogation. Their phones were seized and one of them was found to have a footage of the gangrape, said sources.
