Other than approving the DDA Housing Scheme 2025, the DDA meeting, chaired by LG VK Saxena, also approved a series of reforms to boost the capital's commercial real estate sector and attracting large-scale investments into the capital. Delhi Housing Scheme 2025: Who Can Buy The Flats? The upcoming housing scheme will cater to Low Income Group (LIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), and High Income Group (HIG) categories. This approach provides options suitable for a broad range of buyers. Although specific pricing and unit configurations have not been disclosed yet, the e-auction format is anticipated to reflect true market demand. During a high-level meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena on July 11, the DDA approved the housing scheme. Approval of Narela Land Use In addition to the order, the DDA also greenlit the changes of land use of Narela.
