Now you must be thinking that the new ICC Chairman Jay Shah will hold this meeting for the Champions Trophy 2025, but maybe it is not so. This meeting can be an introduction meeting for Jay Shah, who has become the new chairman of the ICC. Jay Shah joined on 01 December, the ICC headquarters is closed since that day, due to which he could not interact with the rest of the board. According to Cricbuzz, 05 December (Thursday) will be his first day at the ICC headquarters. A meeting will be organized for him as the new ICC chairman. It is worth noting that the issue of this meeting has not been completely cleared yet. However, the issue of the Champions Trophy schedule may arise in this meeting. Both BCCI and PCB will participate in the meeting. In such a situation, a solution can be found regarding the tournament. Allegedly, the last meeting for the Champions Trophy was held last Friday (29 November), in which unfortunately no result could be reached. It was also said that the meeting lasted only till 15.
