Shimla, July 10 (PTI) A man was arrested for allegedly raping his 12-year-old daughter at home in Shimla's Rampur subdivision on the mother's complaint, police said on Friday. The victim's mother narrated the alleged incident and filed a complaint with the police alleging that her husband raped her minor daughter on July 6. The accused has been booked for rape under Section 65 (2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and aggravated penetrative sexual assault under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, police said. The accused has been arrested and further investigations are underway, police added.
