Hyderabad: The Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) on Friday informed that a total of 34 patients were admitted in NIMS as on June 11 following consumption of toddy. Of them, nine patients are undergoing dialysis as part of their ongoing management while two patients may need dialysis and 11 patients are clinically stable 12 patients are clinically stable but require observation. All necessary medical care is being provided. The situation is being closely monitored by the expert multispecialty team, according to Medical Superintendent.
HYDERABAD: The death toll in the suspected adulterated toddy case rose to six on Friday, after one more person died while undergoing treatment at the Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad.
