MUMBAI: In an indication that there may be no Maha Vikas Aghadi for Mumbai civic polls and other local body elections, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut Thursday said INDI bloc was formed for LS polls and MVA for Maharashtra elections, and there is no need for either bloc in civic polls.
