HISAR: On Guru Purnima, the 52-year-old principal of a senior secondary school in Haryana's Hisar was stabbed to death on campus, allegedly by two of his minor students, because he asked them to get a haircut and follow discipline.The accused - aged 16 and 17 - were in classes 11 and 12, respectively. The two students appeared for a unit test on Thursday. After it was over, they went to the principal's office and asked him to step outside. The principal, Jagbir Pannu came out where one of the student allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed him several times, police said. The principal collapsed while the attackers fled. "Investigation suggests the motive was linked to the principal's strict enforcement of discipline," SP Yashvardhan said.
