Mumbai: A three-year-old boy discovered soaked and roaming alone on a rainy night in Shivajinagar, Govandi, was quickly brought back to his family only hours following his kidnapping, due to the prompt response of the Mumbai Police and the immediate assistance of a caring local resident. At approximately 11:00 pm on July 8, a woman in the Shivajinagar region noticed the child by himself on Road No 4. Drenched by the rain and evidently disoriented, the boy couldn't express his origins according to report by Midday. The woman, touched by his state, brought him to her home, dried him, and attended to him throughout the night. The following morning, as she was watching TV, she came across a news segment regarding a missing child and saw the Crime Branch's contact number displayed on the screen. She dialled the number and notified the police that the boy was secure with her.
