New Delhi: Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal on Saturday said the Supreme Court's in-house inquiry report in Allahabad High Court Judge Yashwant Varma's case has "no constitutional relevance" as an investigation can only take place under the Judges Inquiry Act.
