New Delhi: Monsoon rains have become a problem for people these days across the country including North India. The continuous rain in the mountains has put a brake on the pace of life. There was chaos due to cloudburst in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. A loss of Rs 800 crore has been feared here. Four people have also lost their lives due to cloudburst in Karsog and Dharampur of Mandi. Not only this, 16 people are still missing. It is expected that the death toll may increase. NDRF and SDRF have rescued 115 people.
