New Delhi: Monsoon rains have become a problem for people these days across the country including North India. The continuous rain in the mountains has put a brake on the pace of life. There was chaos due to cloudburst in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. A loss of Rs 800 crore has been feared here. Four people have also lost their lives due to cloudburst in Karsog and Dharampur of Mandi.
