Mumbai, June 28 (UNI) Bollywood's Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan is set to reunite with acclaimed filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani for a third cinematic venture -- a biographical epic based on the life and legacy of Dadasaheb Phalke, recognised as the father of Indian cinema. Rajkumar Hirani, often hailed as the most bankable auteur in Hindi cinema, has long been associated with narratives that marry emotional depth with subtle humour, and this forthcoming biopic promises to carry forward that legacy. The biopic will explore Phalke's journey, influence and the legacy has left behind, brought to life by a team that includes writers Abhijat Joshi, Hindkush Bhardwaj and Avishkar Bhardwaj. After the success of '3 Idiots' and 'PK', Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani are teaming up for the third time for the Dadasaheb Phalke biopic.
