In Colombia, Pet Dog Falls From 9th Floor And Survives - News18

The firefighters did not anticipate the dog's survival when they reached the spot. People who live in high-rise buildings in cities are most afraid that a kid could fall if he is standing there. The same fear goes for pets too. They could lose their lives if they are even slightly negligent. According to a report, a pet Pomeranian dog in Colombia fell from the ninth floor of a twelve-storied condominium. Following this incident, the dog's owner was in disbelief. What she observed after going down was a miracle in and of itself, but she called the police right after. This incident took place in Cali City, Colombia, on November 19. One of the residents noticed that Paris, a pet dog, was missing. The owner checked the windows and looked everywhere for him, but instead of the dog, she noticed a tiny hole in the building next door's shed. She looked down through the hole with binoculars and spotted the dog. She made a hasty call to the nearby fire department. They saw something odd when they reached to save the dog. The firefighters did not anticipate the dog's survival when they reached down, which was an unanticipated event. And yet he was there, safe and sound. After a thorough examination by the veterinarian, he was in perfect health. His survival after falling from such a height shocked them. They surmised that his fur served as a mattress for him as he fell after landing from the house shed. It is still unexpected, though, because the dog's body was completely free of scratches. Despite spending a few days under medical observation, he is in perfect health. There are several such cases of pets deaths falling from heights or from windows and doors. Animals are very energetic and will always try to go outside or run to see other places. It is thus always advised to keep your small pets in observation and close the windows and doors for their safety.
